The Business Innovation Center The Mobile Business Innovation Center has been an integral part of the Mobile community since 1986. A community partnership of the County of Mobile, the City of Mobile and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, our primary mission is to assist in launching small businesses. We do this by operating a fully functional Small Business Incubator and by our outreach programs.
