A Business Incubator is a facility characterized by shared space, shared services and shared equipment in a controlled overhead environment with extensive consulting and training, so that more of a small business start-up's limited resources may be allocated to growing their business.

The Business Innovation Center can often be the difference between an idea growing into a successful new company or a new venture dying for lack of support.

Tenant Services

 

· Secretarial Support includes receptionist, telephone answering, word processing, database design and entry, notary services, etc.

· Shared Office Equipment including postage meter, copier, fax, computers, color printers, lamination, over head projector, comb binding, paper cutters, etc.

· Internet Access and E-Mail.

· On Site Business Consulting, unlimited and free, regarding any business topic or crisis.

· Classes and Seminars on site and free of charge to tenants on a variety of business topics.

· Conference and Classroom available to tenants who reserve them for meetings, workshops, seminars, training or meetings with clients.

· Shipping, mail drop, daily UPS, FedEx and Airborne pickup.

· Graphic Design onsite graphic support for logos, business cards, brochures, media conversions, overhead projector presentations and other marketing tools.

 

Outreach Services

 

· Business owners or those interested in starting their own business in Mobile City or County are eligible for our counseling services at no charge, by appointment. 

 

· Community and Civic organizations wishing to sponsor training seminars within Mobile County for their constituents are encouraged to inquire as to our availability.
