ADMISSION POLICY

Business must be innovative to the Mobile area market  No franchises or retail operations can become incubator tenants.

Business must have the potential for job creation.

Business must be able to export their product or service outside of Mobile County within one year of entry into the incubator facility. Business should be able to export at least regionally, and preferably nationally and/or internationally.

Business must submit a functional business plan to the incubator Director prior to entering the program. This plan must be updated annually while in the program. In addition, annual gross sales reports are required of all incubator tenants. If you do not have a functional business plan, we will coach you on developing the plan.

Business are encouraged to locate in Mobile County upon graduation from the incubator facility.
